Return Policy

7 to 10 Days Return Window

We accept returns within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery. After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The product must not be washed, worn, or altered.
  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or specific promotions may not be eligible for return.
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return directly from your My Account dashboard under the Orders section. Alternatively, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email to request a return pickup.

3. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, the easiest way is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Once the return is accepted, you will receive store credit.
