STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
We do not provide cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
1. Store Credit / Exchange Only
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and meet the criteria outlined in our Return Policy, we are happy to accept your return and issue Store Credit or process an Exchange.
The store credit will be equivalent to the amount of the purchased product (excluding shipping charges) and can be used for any future purchases on V-Shine.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace the item with a new one at no additional cost. An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for damaged or missing items. We still will not issue a cash refund.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process will apply (resulting in store credit only).
